These cookies are essential for the website to function. They are placed without consent because without them the site or certain functionality would not work.
**NEXT_LOCALE** — remembers your language choice (NL / FR / EN). Lifetime: 1 year.
**monsys_session** (only on app.monsys.ai after login) — contains a signed session token that lets the Hub recognise you as a logged-in user. HttpOnly, Secure, SameSite=Lax. Lifetime: 30 days or until logout.
**monsys_cookie_consent** — remembers your choice in this banner so we don't ask on every page. Lifetime: 6 months.
We currently set NO functional cookies. If that changes in the future — e.g., for embedded videos or a demo recorder — we will explicitly ask for your consent via the cookie banner.
We currently set NO third-party analytics cookies (no Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, no Hotjar). If we later decide to use server-side analytics (e.g., Plausible, Umami) or a tracking cookie becomes necessary, the cookie banner will offer a separate opt-in for analytics.
We set NO advertising cookies. monsys.ai is a paid service — not an ad-revenue model — so we have no reason to track you across the web. We do not rely on Facebook Pixel, Google Ads, or similar platforms.
**docs.monsys.ai** — our documentation site. Uses no cookies except possibly a Pagefind session cookie (local full-text search index) when you use the search bar.
**app.monsys.ai** (the Hub) — besides the session cookie above, Stripe.js and the PayPal SDK place technical cookies when you add a payment method. This only happens when you actively click "add payment method". Stripe and PayPal are separate data controllers for those cookies — see their cookie policies.
On your first visit monsys.ai shows a cookie banner with "Accept", "Reject" or "Manage preferences". Strictly necessary cookies cannot be disabled via the banner — they are always on as long as you visit the site — but you can delete them manually from your browser.
To change your choice later: click "Cookie preferences" at the bottom of the page or delete the monsys_cookie_consent cookie from your browser. The banner will reappear.
Consent can be withdrawn at any time. Disabling strictly necessary cookies may prevent login or language preference being remembered.
